Announcements

August 2011

ARP are pleased to announce that they have entered into a partnering relationship with Flood Consult (www.floodconsult.com) which brings Flood Survey capabilities to ARP.  We have worked with Flood Consult over the last year successfully providing Flood Survey reports and advice to Local Authorities and private home owners.  Homes at risk of flooding may require flood defence measures in place to validate home insurance policies.  Should you have concerns in this respect or indeed require a Flood Survey report please do not hesitate to contact us.  For more information visit Flood Consult's website www.floodconsult.com.

October 2010

Continuing in our efforts to increase efficiency ARP's in-house software developers have completed the 2010 version of PhotoImporter.  This automates the process of creating Photographic Schedules including the introduction of a user designed header, automatic photograph numbering, support for both landscape and portrait photographs and exporting to Microsoft Word.

Benefits to the Client is that instead of administrative staff taking a day to import photographs, the same number of photographs can be imported in seconds.  Savings in time in this respect are directly passed onto the Client.  This has proved to be a tremendous tool which will give ARP the edge when compiling schedules of condition, dilapidation reports, building survey reports and any other type of report requiring a photographic schedule.

The software is available for demonstration and can be issued electronically for a 10 day demonstration period.

Future Development:-

ARP are currently developing a Dilapidations Survey wizard which will collect data via a PDA and export the schedule directly into a Scott Schedule Format.  This is currently in trial however this is hoped to be available later this year.  Again this is to improve efficiency within the organisation.
